Fire Strategy Design

Fire Strategy Design Experts

A fire strategy forms the blueprint for how a building will prevent, control and respond to fire. We create robust strategies aligned with Approved Document B, BS 9991, BS 9999 and relevant regulation. Our work assesses means of escape, compartmentation, detection systems, firefighting access, evacuation times and ongoing management expectations. Each document provides clear design assumptions, performance requirements and justification for chosen safety measures.

We support new builds, refurbishments and complex or tall buildings, working closely with architects, principal designers and contractors to streamline approval, minimise redesign and ensure buildability.

Our reports are structured, practical and regulator ready, giving duty holders confidence that compliance is achievable and maintainable. With Total Fire Solutions London Limited, your fire strategy is technically sound, future-proof and tailored to the building’s real operational needs.
